TLJ Capital, Inc. is a planned financial subsidiary that will serve as the investment and funding arm of TLJ Holding Corporation. It will be launched only after one or more operating companies are active and generating momentum. Once formed, TLJ Capital will manage funding for TLJ subsidiaries, review outside business proposals, and offer capital support to projects aligned with our mission. Once launched, each location will source ingredients from local farms and serve as a community hub for family gatherings, career training, and joyful hospitality. Legacy Hearth Kitchen is not just a restaurant—it’s a place to come hungry and leave full, in every way.

TLJ Haven Travel Centers is a future for-profit subsidiary of TLJ Holding Corporation, designed to redefine the experience of truck stops and highway travel. More than just a place to refuel, each TLJ Haven location will offer clean and modern rest areas, driver lounges, pet-friendly zones, restaurants, showers, fitness options, and secure parking—built with safety and hospitality in mind.

These travel centers will directly support TLJ Legacy Transport Carrier and welcome drivers from across the country. Over time, they will also integrate other TLJ services, such as fuel supply from TLJ Energy, wellness options from TLJ FitNation, and meal service from Legacy Hearth Kitchen. Once TLJ's initial subsidiaries are operational, this division will be launched to anchor our national logistics footprint and support the people who move America forward.

TLJ Tactical Security, Inc. is the private protection division within the TLJ ecosystem—established to provide faith-based, purpose-driven security services focused on defense, deterrence, and care. We exist to protect—not to police or pursue—and our teams are trained to respond with professionalism, restraint, and respect when invited into a situation.

Our personnel include former military, law enforcement, and vetted civilian professionals, but we are not a government agency, emergency service, or law enforcement entity. TLJ Tactical only responds when contracted or requested—never acting with authority we do not possess.

Description:
TLJ Global Humanitarian Corps is the official nonprofit humanitarian and disaster response arm of TLJ Holding Corporation. This organization is planned for development after several of our for-profit subsidiaries are established and operational.

Once formed, the Corps will lead rapid-response missions for natural disasters, fires, floods, animal rescues, and urgent community needs—beginning in Tennessee and expanding to other states and nations over time. It is expected to operate ground and air response units, mobile animal rescue teams, and full-scale relief operations for affected communities. Strategic bases will be built to ensure rapid deployment and coordination.

Unlike traditional for-profit models, this mission will be driven entirely by purpose—not profit—and supported through grants, partnerships, and public donations. While we don’t reveal all of our internal infrastructure publicly, the systems being developed are designed to rival national emergency organizations—with speed, care, and a heart for the forgotten.
