Founder’s Letter

From the Desk of Tony Allen Laycock Jr.
Founder, Visionary & CEO – TLJ Holding’s, Inc.

To those reading this, thank you for being here.

My name is Tony Allen Laycock Jr., and I am the Founder, Visionary, and CEO of TLJ Holding’s, Inc. I am not a polished executive from a Fortune 500 company. I’m a working man—a truck driver with vision, resilience, and a heart determined to turn failure into purpose. I’ve tried and failed, then tried again and failed again. And I take full responsibility for that—not because I didn’t dream big, but because I didn’t always focus those dreams into action or build a solid foundation.

That changes now.

This time, I’m not just building a company. I’m building an ecosystem. One where people matter, projects get finished, and promises are kept.

TLJ Holding, Inc. is being formed with one mission: to raise the standard of business, not just in terms of profit, but also in terms of purpose. I want to see our companies become known for honesty, for excellence, and for honoring people. We won’t scam people. We’ll finish what we start. Whether we’re building homes, restoring broken-down buildings, responding to disasters, or creating positive outlets for youth, we will serve with integrity.

And I want us to be the kind of company cities want in their communities.

I’ve seen corporate leaders feel unheard and undervalued. I’ve seen business owners burned by empty contracts and shoddy work. I’ve seen neighborhoods left behind after disasters. I’ve lived through personal struggle. That’s why I’m committed to doing things differently.

Every investor, every partner, every employee in the TLJ Ecosystem will be treated with respect, dignity, and appreciation. You’re not just a dollar sign—you’re a part of something living and lasting. When we host our first TLJ red-carpet event in our future 45–50 story headquarters tower, it won’t be just for celebration—it’ll be for honor.

This company isn’t about making me rich. Yes, wealth opens doors—but I won’t be blinded by it. My focus will remain on expanding TLJ Holding, Inc. and supporting our lifetime nonprofit partners that walk with us. If funding is secured, I plan to establish backpay and bonus systems for early co-founders and contributors, as I recognize that some may struggle to work without an income. However, I also understand the value of having equity in something tangible from the outset.

I welcome input. I value feedback. I’ll only step in to block something if it goes against our core values or threatens the vision. Otherwise, I want to empower leaders to lead. I don’t want to build this alone—I want to build it with others.

So, if you're someone who’s ever felt unseen or overlooked… if you’ve been told “you’re not enough”... if you want to help rebuild lives, cities, and futures—you’re exactly who I’m looking for.

Let’s create something worth remembering.

With purpose,
Tony Allen Laycock Jr.
