As the Founder, he serves as the strategic architect of the TLJ ecosystem, casting the vision, shaping the values, and building the foundation for each future subsidiary. From transportation to emergency response, construction, hospitality, and more, Tony leads with clarity, compassion, and a deep belief that business can be both successful and deeply human.
At this early stage, he also serves as the Chair of the Board and Acting CEO, guiding the corporation through its formative steps while laying the groundwork for a strong, principled leadership team that will carry the mission forward for generations.

Our further Support Staff
As TLJ Holding, Inc. continues to establish its foundation, additional key support roles will be appointed in alignment with our mission and growth objectives.
These positions may include roles in operations, communications, investor coordination, IT support, and executive assistance.
Each team member added to TLJ will share in the legacy we’re building — where excellence, integrity, and purpose shape every part of the journey.

Founding Administrator - open
This position is designed for someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and passionate about helping build something from the ground up.
The Founding Administrator will work closely with the CEO and Board Chair to maintain executive coordination, corporate documentation, and day-to-day administrative systems.
As the company grows, this position may evolve into the Corporate Secretary role, becoming a key steward of TLJ Holding’s legal records, board support, and shareholder registry.

Founding Bookkeeper (Early Financial Stewardship Role) - open
This essential early-stage position is for someone detail-driven and trustworthy, capable of building a strong financial foundation from the ground up.
The Founding Bookkeeper will handle early-stage accounting, startup cost tracking, and simple financial reporting — all while helping ensure TLJ Holding, Inc. is built on clarity and integrity.
As we grow, this role may expand into a full finance coordination or controller role, depending on the individual’s growth and our evolving needs.

Founding Communications & Outreach Coordinator – open
This foundational role is for someone with a gift for words, storytelling, and mission-driven messaging.
Working closely with the Founder and Board, this individual will help shape TLJ Holding, Inc.’s public voice across platforms — from investor updates to web presence and community engagement.
As we grow, this role may evolve into a Director-level position overseeing full communication and outreach strategy.
