Why We’re Building TLJ Holding’s, Inc.—And Why It Matters

When we started TLJ Holding’s, Inc., it wasn’t just to create another startup—it was to build something better. A faith-based business ecosystem rooted in legacy, not just money.

We started with people in mind. People who’ve been overlooked in the workforce, passed by in traditional hiring, or told their dreams were too big.

However, part of this vision also stemmed from what I saw as missing in modern corporations today.

Some companies build homes wherever it turns a profit, without considering sustainability, community needs, or safety. Others treat employees like numbers: when profits drop, people are let go. And in many cases, you never even feel a real connection to the corporate leadership behind the brand.

That’s not the kind of legacy I want to build.

I’ve also seen how unforgiving the system can be, especially for formerly incarcerated individuals. Good people who made a mistake years ago are still paying for it decades later. At TLJ Holding, we believe in second chances, in redemption, and in building responsible American companies that don’t just talk values—we live them.

Building a Business Ecosystem That Serves

Each company under TLJ Holding, Inc. will operate with its own leadership team and board, but every one of them will be guided by the same core values:

  • People Over Profits

  • Truth Over Trends

  • Faith Over Fear

  • Community Over Competition

  • Legacy Over Hype

We’re building across industries—from trucking and logistics to real estate development, emergency response, agriculture, film & media, and more.

Our goal? To create one of the most trusted, purpose-driven holding companies in the U.S., known for its impact, not just its income.

A Mission That’s Personal

I’ve lived a life many would write off. But instead of letting my past define me, I let it refine me. Now I’m on a mission to create opportunities for others, especially those who’ve been overlooked by traditional corporate America.

As I write this, I’m still an OTR truck driver, running loads across the country while building this company from the ground up.

I don’t come from wealth—I come from grit, conviction, and faith. And I’m building TLJ Holding’s, Inc. for others like me: the underdogs, the fighters, the people who believe in something bigger.

What’s Next

Our first subsidiary will be TLJ Legacy Transport Carrier, a trucking company that prioritizes its drivers and fosters a culture of excellence. From there, we’ll grow into:

  • TLJ Construction

  • TLJ Global Humanitarian Corps

  • TLJ Tactical Security, Inc

  • TLJ Heritage Farms

  • TLJ Faith Films

  • TLJ Capital (Startup Funding Division)

Each company will operate with faith, responsibility, and long-term thinking at its core.

If you're looking for a startup to support, a mission to join, or a legacy to help build, we welcome you. You’re not too late. You’re right on time.

Let’s build something that matters. Together.
